Refund and Return Policy


Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean, unused, and in the same condition that you received it with a receipt. We cannot accept yarn that has been wound for return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products, classes
  • Products that have been opened and/or used


We will notify you via email once we have received your return. Once approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. We can also apply your refund as store credit for your next purchase.

If you do not see the credit on your credit card or bank account, please contact your financial institution as it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be posted.

Each financial institution is different and processing times will vary.

In some cases, when there is a short time between the payment processing and the refund, the refund may show as a reversal.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please mail to: The Knitting Bee LLC, 3924 Archer Lane, Columbia, PA 17512.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the product will be all that is refunded.

If you are concerned about us receiving your return, please review shipping options for insurance and tracking services. Shipping times may vary, depending on your location.

Special Orders

We will be glad to place a special order for a product that you may not see in stock. We will place the order to the vendor on your behalf and have the order shipped directly to you.

All orders must be paid in full when order is placed.

All orders are subject to $7 special order fee. Additional shipping fees may be charged for expedited shipping.

All orders that are non-stock items are subject to a minimum order requirement. Not all products are available for special order.

All orders are final sale. No refunds, returns, exchanges or take-backs are permitted, however a full refund will be given if the product is no longer available.

Orders may arrive 2-3 weeks, however we cannot guarantee delivery dates. We will do our best to notify you if your product is on back-order.


Classes are non-refundable, but can classes can be rescheduled. We will email you as soon as possible if a class must be postponed or canceled due to unforseen circumstances.
