If you have never knit before, or you have and you would like a refresher, this is the class for you!  We will be making a Mug Rug for your cup of coffee (or tea).  Each kit contains the instruction, knitting needles, and yarn to make one mug rug about 6″ x 4″, not including fringe.  You can add fringe to your Rug to give it that extra handmade touch.

Not included in the kit are a pair of scissors, a tapestry needle, and a device to watch the class over Zoom.

The instructions include how to Cast On, knit the Garter Stitch, Bind Off, and even add Fringe to your Mug Rug!  You can knit this in the comfort of your own home or you can learn in-person at the Columbia Market House.  Bring a friend and make a Mug Rug together!
